Ending The AIDS Epidemic as part of the Sustainable Development Goals

HIV Program Review Meeting, Central Development Region

National Center for AIDS and STD Control (NCASC) conducted two days HIV Program Review Meeting of all districts of Central Development Region at Kathmandu, 11 to 12 July, 2016.


The objectives of the Meeting were to:

Participants:

A total of 50 participants (40 male, 10 female) representing CRHD, 15 District (Public) health office, 3 Hospitals and 3 EDPs (SCI, FHI-360 SSP, AHF-Nepal) were participated in the program.

 

Types of Participants:

Director NCASC, HIV focal person of CRHD, NCASC GF team, EDPs working on this region, D(P)HO, HIV focal person of the district and ART Counselor from hospitals within this region.

 

Districts Participated:

Kathmandu, Bhaktapur, Dhading, Kavrepalanchowk, Nuwakot, Rasuwa, Lalitpur, Sindhupalanchowk, Sarlahi, Sindhuli, Mahottari, Bara, Parsa, Chitwan, Makwanpur and Rautahat.

Among 19 districts of this region, 16 districts were participated in the program. (Dhanusa, Dolakha and Ramechhap were not participated)
